Warranty Policy and Return Policy
The following Monsoon Multimedia, Inc. Return Policy and Warranty Policy and Procedures apply to all products purchased directly from myhava.com, the on-line eshop of Monsoon Multimedia, Inc.
Return Policy
This Return Policy applies only for products purchased directly from www.myhava.com, Monsoon Multimedia Inc.’s on-line shop. If you have purchased your product from any other etail or retail store, kindly refer to the dealers warranty for Refund and Replacements
Monsoon Multimedia, Inc. offers a 30-day money back guarantee. We will provide you with full refund of the product's purchase price if you are not satisfied with the product(s) purchased directly from myhava.com. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
You shall retain all packing materials and documentation, including the original invoice with serial numbers for your product, in the event your product needs to be serviced or returned. It is important that you follow the procedure outlined in this policy for returns. Before returning any product for repair, refund, or exchange, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Monsoon Multimedia Inc. may, at its sole discretion, refuse any product received without an RMA. Please call our Customer Support Center at 1 866 937-4282 to receive an RMA. You will be asked for your name, invoice number, purchase date, product model number, product serial number, and for a description of the problem.
For returns, exchanges or warranty work you must submit your original invoice or comparable substitute proof of sale). Without the original invoice or substitute proof of sale, Monsoon Multimedia Inc. service fees & labor charges will apply.
1. Returns within 30 days of purchase
Products may be returned at your expense for up to 30 days from the date the product was shipped to you, provided the product is in its original condition. We will refund the full purchase price of your purchased product (including tax but excluding shipping and handling costs).
Before a product can be returned, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please call our Customer Support Center at 1-866-937-4282 to obtain an RMA number. Monsoon Multimedia Inc. will not be responsible for any products returned without an RMA and may refuse to accept any product received without an RMA. All products must be packaged appropriately and shipped using a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS or Federal Express). You are responsible for the one-way shipping charges.
Products returned for a refund under our 30-day return purchase policy must be in original condition and must include original packing material, manuals, and any accessories for the product included as part of your purchase.
2. Dead on Arrival ("DOA") returns
If you receive your product DOA (i.e., the product does not function property upon receipt), you may return it to Monsoon Multimedia Inc. within 30 days from the date the product was shipped to you. Monsoon Multimedia Inc. will either refund the purchase price of your product (including tax but excluding shipping and handling costs) or replace your defective product.
Before a DOA product can be returned, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please call our Customer Support Center at 1-866-937-4282 to obtain an RMA. Monsoon Multimedia Inc. will not be responsible for products returned without an RMA and may refuse to accept any product received without an RMA. Product must be packaged appropriately and shipped using a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS or Federal Express).
3. Returns after 30 days of purchase
Returns on OOW products, i.e., products more than 30 days after the original product shipment date, will be processed for an OOW charge at 50% of the purchase price of the products.
Repaired or replacement products will be shipped back to you at Monsoon Multimedia Inc. expense, as part of the OOW charge. Customer is responsible for one-way shipping charges. Once we have received the product, Monsoon Multimedia Inc. will service and return the original product within 10 business days.
Before a product can be returned, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please call our Customer Support Center at 1-866-937-4282 to obtain an RMA. Monsoon Multimedia Inc. will refuse any product received without an RMA. Product must be packaged appropriately and shipped using a trackable shipping method.
Monsoon Multimedia Inc. is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Items that are sent in envelopes and unsuitable shipping containers will be refused and returned at your expense.

Instructions for Returning RMAs:
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Products returned without any RMA number referenced on the outside of the shipping box will be refused by our receiving department.
- Include a copy of your proof of purchase, such as your sales invoice or sales order, with the returned Product.
- Include a written description of the reason for return for each returned Product.
- Be sure to pack the Product in an appropriate container so that it will not be damaged in transit. MONSOON MULTIMEDIA is not responsible if the returned Product is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping
- You must use a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, Federal Express)
Standard Limited Warranty Policy
What is Covered and For How Long?
MONSOON MULTIMEDIA, INC .,
a Delaware corporation (MONSOON MULTIMEDIA), warrants to the original
purchaser ("Purchaser") that the PRODUCT
("Product") is free from defects in material and workmanship under
normal use and service for the period of one (1) year commencing upon the
date of purchase.
What is Not Covered?
This Limited Warranty is conditioned
upon proper use of Product by Purchaser. This Limited Warranty does not
cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse,
neglect, unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress, or
modification of any part of Product, including the antenna or cosmetic
damage; (b) equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible;
(c) any plastic surfaces or other externally exposed parts that are
scratched or damaged due to normal use or any other reason; (d) malfunctions
resulting from the use of Product in conjunction with accessories, products,
or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by MONSOON
MULTIMEDIA; (e) defects or damage from improper testing, operation,
maintenance, installation, or adjustment; or (f) installation, maintenance,
and service of Product other than by an authorized Monsoon technician.
What are MONSOON MULTIMEDIA'S Obligations?
During the applicable warranty period, MONSOON MULTIMEDIA will, at its sole
option, either (a) repair the Product at no charge to the Purchaser, or (b)
replace the Product or any defective component part of Product, or (c)
refund the purchase price of the Product.
MONSOON MULTIMEDIA may, at its sole option, use rebuilt,
reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any Product or
replace Product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new Product. The repaired
or replaced Product will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of
the original Standard Limited Warranty on the original Product or for 90
days, whichever is longer. All replaced parts, components, boards and
equipment shall become the property of MONSOON MULTIMEDIA. If MONSOON
MULTIMEDIA determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that any
Product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, Purchaser must pay all
parts, shipping, and labor charges for the repair or return of such Product.
How to Obtain Warranty
To obtain service under this Limited Warranty, you should first call
Customer Support Center at 1-866-937-4282. You
should be ready to provide our Customer Support Center with Purchaser's
name, address, telephone number, details of proof of purchase (written sales
receipt or comparable written substitute proof of sale) containing a
description of the Product, purchase date, model number and the Product
serial number. For all returns, our Customer
Support Center will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA). You must return Product to the address indicated

What are the Limits on MONSOON MULTIMEDIA'S
Liability?
OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF THE PRODUCT
PURCHASE PRICE, AT OUR SOLE OPTION, FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, AS STATED IN
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. MONSOON MULTIMEDIA LIMITS ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO A PERIOD NOT TO
EXCEED THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO WARRANTIES SHALL APPLY AFTER THE WARRANTY
PERIOD.
OUR LIABILITY SHALL IN NO EVENT INCLUDE INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY
TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE) OR FAULT COMMITTED BY
MONSOON MULTIMEDIA, ITS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, OR FOR ANY BREACH OF
CONTRACT OR FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT AGAINST PURCHASER BY ANY OTHER PARTY. WE
ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCTS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY APPLIES TO MONSOON MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTS AND PARTS ONLY.
IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS OF ANY NATURE THAT MAY BE USED
IN CONJUNCTION WITH MONSOON MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTS.
SOME COUNTRIES, STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW
LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSIONS
OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU
SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH MAY VARY FROM
STATE TO STATE.
GOVERNING LAW: This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the
State of California, USA, and by the laws of the United States, excluding
their conflicts of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on
Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby excluded in its
entirety from application to this Limited Warranty.
