What if I don't know what version to choose?
The simplest way to figure this out is to run our Helper Tool application. Doing so will provide you with all the answers. Take note of the Windows Mobile version you are using and the screen resolution.
If you use a stylus to navigate your phone's screen, your phone is a touch screen model. Otherwise, it is a non-touch screen.
Now select the right version of the Mobile Player for your phone.

System Requirements for Your PC/Laptop
- Windows XP (SP2) Home/Pro/MCE and Windows Vista
- ActiveSync 4.1 or higher for Windows Mobile 5.0 devices
Requirements for Your Device
- Software for Windows v1.7.4 (including firmware 262.289) or later installed
- It is necessary for you to run Setup Wizard on your PC and ensure that you have the latest firmware loaded to your device. As you go through the steps of the Setup Wizard, if you don't, you will be invited to download and install the latest updates of the software and the firmware. Follow all steps as presented.
Windows Mobile Requirements
- The Window Mobile version must be 5.0 or 6.0
- 200 MHz (or higher) for CPU
- Minimum 4 MB memory to install Mobile Player
- Minimum 8 MB of available program memory to run it
- Network download speed of 150Kbps (or higher)
Network Download Speed Requirement
- Minimum network download speed of 150 Kbps recommended
- Please note while the average download speed for EVDO or UMTS is generally cited as upwards of 200Kbps, actual speed varies significantly across networks and depending on network conditions.
