prova a usare il modello Pace DS820NS che trovi già nell'ultima versione del software Hava.

A me funziona.

Dal Pc Player in "Help->About" leggo: "HAVA Pc Player 1.8.1.38"
Nel Setup Wizard invece "Version: 1.8.1.15"

Che sistema operativo hai?
Per Windows7 la trovi online, per WinXP l'ho trovata sul cd contenuto nella scatola.
Tieni conto che l'ho comprato 2 settimane fa quindi se l'hai comprato anche tu di recente dovresti avere la stessa versione.

I also have a Sky Italia HD decoder, and I tried to follow your suggestions. But without any success.
But I think that my decoder is the more recent Pace DS830NS, not the previous DS820NS. Any suggestions?
