Sounds awesome. Hopefully it'll be compatible with Android 1.6 too, I'll be happy to test it and report any issues etc.
Thanks

I just got the HTC Droid Eris. I've been waiting for some way to use my hava with this phone. Hopefully, your version will work with this phone too. I would like to test it too. Look forward to when it will be available.

Could we try it before it goes on android market? Is remote viewing working too or this is just for local viewing?

Sounds great. Keep up the good work. I dont know if you already have a Market publishers account, but from what I remember you have to pay $25 to set one up, I guess its all fairly easy from there, you can just upload the APK file to here if you want some early testers before it goes live.

Really disappointed that the HAVA doesn't have Android support yet, I really was hoping to get it working on my Motorola Droid. I have the slingbox pro but brought the HAVA for the higher resolution. However when they come out with the Droid client for the Slingbox, I might get that set up again so I can use it for my droid since resolution won't be an issue.

I'm already excited. Thank you for developing Hava player for android. We would probably have to wait long time before Hava released their own version.

Are you sure that Hava pulled the thread? Maybe the author did. Anyway, you can still get information about Testtube at http://sites.google.com/site/overvoltagesoft/

No, I didn't delete the thread. Let's not bash Hava for doing this because ultimately it never does any good. I've created a google group for us to continue the development and support. http://groups.google.com/group/testtubeandroid. Post questions and comments over there. Please respect Hava's wish and refrain from posting any more items reguarding TestTube in this forum. I will not be responding to any more support questions posted in the Hava forums. As the previous post stated you can still find information about this app here. http://sites.google.com/site/overvoltagesoft/home/testtubeThanks for understanding.

With M$ software costing so much these days and Apple making it so anything you buy from them is never yours; just a perpetual rental agreement with locked off functionality the way they want it, I am really enjoying using Ubuntu linux and more open software. I would love to get a new Android smartphone but it's such a pity my Hava can only be accessed on M$ or Appirate.
It's up to Monsoon to fight off slingbox's over commercial approach with their own superior product and software that makes it accessible to users who want to use it in their own way. Patiently waiting for ANDROID SUPPORT.
or I guess; obselecence will force me to go elsewhere.
