Does the HAVA play on either the Blackberry 8900 or the 8520? Need a quick answer please as the wife's Nokia 5800 went on the blink and she's buying a Blackberry and I want to make sure she gets one that works with the HAVA so I don't have a headache afterwards lol

Thank you :D

Anybody? I also emailed Pre Sales twice this week and no reply.

I'd like to hear an official explanation of why, while the iPhone app is crippled compared to all the other mobile clients because it's the ONLY one that does not support streaming over the cell network, it's also the ONLY one that Hava charges for. I understand that Apple and/or AT&T have been rejecting apps that have the potential to tax AT&T's lousy 3G network, but Hava could at least have the decency to give the app away for free. And where is the Mac client?

How can I delete all my text messages on my iphone?

Postby Smerbig on Thu Nov 12, 2009 12:10 am

I've gotten my iPhone jailbroken and I see screenshots of iPhones with their names in either the upper left hand corner or the top middle. What application can I find in cydia that will allow me to display my name on my iPhone?

We have already demoed HAVA Client Software for Android phones at CES2010 Early Jan 2010. We are expecting it to be released in another couple of months.

It was a couple of months, a couple of months ago. I will be very surprised if we actually see it before September.

That sounds like there wont be Android Support from monsoon ever. :-)

How can this take so long? ?? Google is doing everything for developers... there must be a different reason....

Android SlingPlayer app coming this Summer.
Having teased us with the promise that they were at least considering the Android platform for their next version of SlingPlayer, the Sling Media team have confirmed to AndroidandMe that the Android client will launch Summer 2010. Demonstrated running on a Google Nexus One and Motorola DROID, among other devices, the app will allow for remote control and streaming of content from a Slingbox over 3G and WiFi.
According to the Sling Media rep, the company are still working on finalising the UI for the app, but it’s expected to resemble what we’ve already seen on the iPhone version. No word on pricing, though given all their other mobile apps are around $29.99, we wouldn’t be surprised to see the Android client hit that point too.

Add me to the list of the thousands of BB users that could use Hava on their device.
