Ditto. I work for a VERY large software / networking company. We have Product Managers. They have product roadmaps. They know what the status of the project is, and when asked can give an update towards completion. We know that Hava is a smaller company, with a small team of developers. And you have done a great job and made an excellent product at a surprisingly affordable price point. We commend you for it, and I am sure that all that read this thread often tell their peers about your great products. That being said... Since we know that the iPhone client could be a great boost to Hava, let's have it: Can you post an update from your team lead on the status of the iPhone client development? I strongly urge you to do this, as there have clearly been some deadlines missed, and your loyal base would greatly appreciate an update. Better yet, post a spreadsheet, update monthly, with ALL the various wireless clients that COULD be under development with their status towards completion, as well as those that will not (for volume, etc) be developed. Posing that spreadsheet could save you time from checking this thread, as well as sooth some very patient, yet pensive, customers. Thanks.

Over a month since Gary has posted an update? Amazing. This is a true lack of concern on Monsoon's part IMO. I mean, I do understand that the only 3 programmers Monsoon has on staff are way too busy making and selling WOW gold to try to keep Monsoon financially viable... but it wouldn't hurt to at least throw out the lie that they are working on an iPhone client would it? LOL. What a joke of a company. LOL.

When I asked about an app for the Blackberry, Gary wrote Gary-MM wrote:Our intention is to get started on it after iPhone app is done.
I just wanted to point out that there are many more Blackberrys out there than iPhones, in fact the blackberry Curve alone is more popular than the iPhone http://digitaldaily.allthingsd.com/2009 ... esusphone/ , and that is not iincluding all of the other models. The Bold, Tour, Storm (and soon Storm 2), 8830, pearl flip. and many other devices. Now I know Blackberrys cover different resolution sizes, but once the OS is covered in an app the resolution should just be a selectable setting during installation or multiple apps depending on which phone you have. The only other issue ( that a non programmer like myself) can see is that you would need one for touchscreen (storm 1 and 2) and one for trackball (all the rest) inputs. Now I do not want to be bad mouthing iPhone owners, they deserve an app for this device as well, but I do not think that BlackBerry owners deserve to be put on the back burner. and the incredibly long time that it is taking, I have my doubts that one of HAVA's concerns is mobile streaming.

...so when is the iPhone app coming out? This is the ONLY reason I purchased the product - I should have done more research before doing so!

Has anybody got this working on an E71x??? I can't seem to get this working. It tries to connect, then fails on local wifi. Stating that the "Hava server is not responding or has been turned off or disconnected". I had read in this post earlier that a user got his E71 to work and was having issues with the screen size. Which seemed to be resolved.
I can't seem to get that far. I can go to any other system in the house and use either the Hava Viewer or VLC to access the hava without any issues, but not on my E71x.
Is it really possible to view Hava on an internal network with a smart phone. In this thread it's not really clear. I've tried both the Hava ID and Friendly Name. I've been at this for several days now off and on and I don't seem to be making any progress.
If you go to the link for supported phones, the site has been discontinued. So no joy there.
On the hava site, there is a statement stating that the Software supports both Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition OS with Feature Pack (FP) 1 or 2. Since this phone is FP2, I was expecting this to work without issue.
Also stated earlier in this thread, a member received from support an .sis version of the install and installed it on his/her E71. I see an .sisx version not a .sis version. What's the difference in the installs and is it still available. If so, how do I go about getting it to try out on my phone. Maybe there is different support for this phone on that build???
Any help???
Thank you -- rdunaway62 ------------------------------ Thank you Hava Tech Support,
I did receive the .sis file and installed it on my E71x. The install went fine. I found the same issue I was having with the released version. I still couldn't access this through my internal wifi network.
I felt that something else might be wrong. If I went through the setup tool, I couldn't get the tools to configure my Hava to stream outside my network. I kept getting a message stating that my have could not connect to the network.
Talking with my brother about this, he said he wasn't having any issues, but that he left his router in default state. I backed up my router config, and reset it to default. I still had the same issue not being able to connect to the have servers outside.
I went to my router manufactures support website to find that they had several firmware updates for my router (the last being major). I updated the routers firmware to the latest, left it in default config, then went through the Hava setup util. Behold i was able to get the Hava to comminucate to your servers and set up my hava for streaming outside. Amazing! I trhen tried the E71x and was able to get a picture.
Ok, It works! Again thank you for the quick response. I apologize for not getting back to this sooner. I got everything working today.
I have the same issue that has been seen on all the E series phones. The picture is really small. Rummaging through the forums, I didn't see anyone coming up with a fix or work around.
Any ideas???
Again, thank for the support. -- rdunaway62

It seems to not be compatible with my Samsung Instinct from Sprint. If I am incorrect or viewers have found a "work-around" please let me know.

I set up Yahoo mobile, and now, the emails for that account appear to be going only to my iPhone and my Webmail, but no copies are going to my Mail server on my Apple laptop. Can you help me fix the settings? ________________ unlock iphone

looks like Yahoo isn't redirecting. A service you have to pay for.
