Can't reach P2P server

I can connect to my hava remotely by pc with no issue. However when I use your mobile player, I cannot seem to connect. It eventually times out and says it cannot connect to the P2P server. I am running a Sprint Touch Pro with the 640x480 cab for windows mobile 6 from the website downloaded yesterday. I can hit my slingbox with no issue and stream via Orb with the Hava however your client is the only one that cannot seem correctly connect and stream. I also should probably mention that I am connecting by generated id and have double and triple checked that the id that is working on the PC client is the same that is not working on the mobile client. It stays in "Connecting to " <name of my hava alias>.
