No way to add Default Hava

Postby deckhardt on Fri Dec 26, 2008 7:06 am

I have a Dell Axim with windows Mobile 6.1.
The client seems to install fine, and loads full screen, it comes up with a dialogue asking me to install a default HAVA, but when I tap "ok" there is no where I can find to add one.

No Menu or setup options, just a full screen with a HAVA logo. If I tap the button at the bottom it again brings up the dialogue saying I need to add a default HAVA...

Help

Dear Customer,

What is the model number of your Axim Phone? Do you have the link for product specifications of this phone?

I just installed the latest (see date of post) WM6 640x480 client code on my HTC Touch Pro 2 and am in the same situation.

Has a resolution to this problem been discovered??

Thanks in advance,

I installed the app, configured Hava and all is working! Thanks...

By the way, using the latest player from Hava, I'm able to use it at 800x480 landscape on my HTC Touch Pro 2. I'm doing it here at work and the cell reception is very poor, but it appears to display at 640x480!
