Well 256K upload to watch remotely.... can be done. But you want to stream abroad with 256K? So not expect high end streaming. No point if say I let you log onto one of my systems as they all have 2mb uploads. But you can limit a Hava's remote speed by adjusting the max video bitrate down to a very slow stream. As you can see still runs. Just not recommended at that speed imho
