First of all HAVA HOSTING does not work for Monsoon. Next, I know we have missed delivery dates or even whole features flying out the window on more than one occasion. While I have some insight into what's going on, it typically boils down to this: Our team is very small. Sometimes we pursue opportunities that our retail customers have no visibility into such as distribution deals in other countries, etc. As these things come up without warning, yet represent significant business opportunity, they have to take priority over the things we thought we were doing only moments earlier. So you're right, what I say usually turns out to be wrong for these reasons. And for that reason I am trying as hard as I can not to make any promises about delivery dates. My general advice for people is: buy a product based on what it does today. If it doesn't do what you need it to do today, take it back. Regarding lefty11's problem with HTC Touch, that is a valid concern and I am now arranging to send one such phone to our dev team for their hands on analysis. And I do feel bad that it took so long to get it underway!
Best regards,

Gary before you get the phone, please note, it is not the HTC Touch (320x240 device) that is presenting the problems. It is the HTC Touch Pro (640x480 device), they are entirely different phones. I believe the HTC Diamond (also 640x480) is also exhibiting the same problems.

Slip of the old keyboard there, yes I definitely got the HTC Touch Pro aka AT&T "Fuze" and saw the problem with mine own eyes.
Thanks.

I too thank lefty for his unending requests to solve the HTC Touch Pro/Diamond problem. It "sounds" like Hava Support may actually start working on this. While I'm not going to hold my breath, I guess I'll try to be optimistic.

I'm at the point of getting a new AT&T phone and have been debating on what phone to get. I know the BB support is way in the future, iphone maybe July 09, and WM now. I have been happy with BB (Verizon) but have to give it up due to a change with employers. A lot of people are telling me to stay away from WM cell phones because they lock up a lot. I have been thinking of getting the Samsung Jack which has built in Wifi too. What is the success rate with users using Hava on WM 6.1 machines? I can also elect to get an iPhone.

Seems that everyone is calling for support for their PDA device. Well Me Too. When will there be support for my new PALM Pre. Is has a terrific display that will show off the HAVA perfectly... For our remote computer stations the HAVA remove works perfectly. But we're looking for Mobile support. Any news on HAVA's interest in support of the PALM Pre... JimWilson, Boca Raton, FL

I too would like to chime in for Palm Pre support. Yes I will admit, I am a Palm Pre fanboy. I love my Palm Pre and would love to watch my Hava on it. Odds are however you will have to wait for a while to get the SDK from Palm. Of course there is a whole development community already writing applications for it without the SDK.... http://www.precentral.net

Same goes for me. Thanks Lefty, I'm planning to move from the Mogul to the Touch Pro 2 as soon as Sprint makes the announcement... It'll be nice to have a working player when the phone arrives...

I'm reading on what iPhone compatibility that Hava will have. I see that they are working on it. I'm a Slingbox user now and JUST moved over from the AT&T FUZE to the iPhone 3G S to find that Sling want $30 for their software on the iPhone and it is Wifi only which literally infuriates me to the point of why I'm looking into Hava today.
When Hava comes out with a FREE 3G-capable streaming app for the iPhone, they will not only have a buyer, they will have an active promoter as well!
