If you encounter a problem with HAVA software installation, you can get a head start on your support case by using the batch file contained within the ZIP attached to this posting. Extract the files within to a convenient location (such as a folder on your desktop) and run the get_install_logs.bat batch file. This will create a file called HAVAlogs.zip in that same folder. Please attach this ZIP file to an e-mail to support@myhava.com with a summary of the problem in the subject line, and as much info as you can supply about the details of the problem in the body of your e-mail.
The HAVA Installation Log collection batch file uses 7-zip’s standalone utility (http://www.7-zip.org). The source code for 7-zip utility can be found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/sevenzip/ (on SourceForge.net) and here at the GPL section of this Forum).
