Hava on Nokia 5800 touch screen

I have been told that the Hava player will play on a Nokia 5800 touch screen smart phone, but you can't change the channel at all. Is there a way to get around that problem? This phone is coming to the U.S market and should be very popular. It would be an ideal phone because it has US 3G and a nice 3.2 inch screen. Thanks for the help guys!

And with the release of the N97 a few months off it would be nice to have S60v5 support with Hava as I'm planning on moving to one when available. The 3.5" screen on the N97 should make Hava look stunning.

Hava does work on the 5800 but you are rigth the channel button do not work. the only way i have been able to change the channels is by using the the IR code on the options hava mobile menu. This takes time but I guess is the best for now until hava makes a player software upgrade for S60 5th symbiam phones. I hope this help. I also try using and comperaring the Slingbox agaisnt the hava and I must say the have has better feature and better video qulity.

I would love to have hava on my 5800. I had it installed on my wife's htc winmobile touch phone and it worked great, so I really would love to see it on my touch phone. I read in a different forum that someone found an app that creates a virtual keypad that allowed them to use hava with the 5800, but haven't had any luck yet...

Pelota is right you can do it via the Ir code , but it seems very slow.

I'm very sad because I sold my slingbox and bought hava thinking I could watch on my new 5800. Still without my tv in my cellphone

i can watch my hava in italy on my 5800 and my hava box is in ireland, as i said in my previous post
