Can't delete DVR recordings

Not sure if this is a remote problem. I have FIOS DVR set and I am using the comcast remote (I have tried several others with the same result). I can navigate thru the DVR menu, play recorded programs and record programs. When I try to delete a recorded program I get all the way to the point that it ask me if I am sure I want to delete the program and I select yes but the recording is not deleted. Has anyone else seen this problem.
