I had everything working a few months ago but now I can't get the remote control to work. Does anybody know how to get the remote working for a Pace DC50X?

BTW...I'm not looking for remote accesss...I'm Satellite Internet.

Remote access is out of the question....because of monthly banwidth.

I'm really unhappy with the job Hava, Monsoon has done with this particular Windows phone. It would first be nice to have an APP or Widget for your software.
This way I can directly click into the program instead of do it from "Program Files"
The phone times out and the screen shuts down and messes up the phone, even when I shut off the timers it still doesn't work correctly because of the power saving mode. You do need a power source connected in order to by pass what I had just mentioned. WHY can't you guys get this right? Please design the needed App or Widget that will make this phone work correctly, it seems Hava is behind the eight ball when it comes to product delivery.

Agreed. When you go from the Netflix app to the hava app player, the quality is night and day. The frames per second rate on the hava app is horrible and maxing out at 500Kbps stinks. I originally denied it was a problem on another thread, but when you see the netflix app in action, it makes you question the money spent on the hava app as its really of poor quality.

As a few others would be interested in, there is a utility application from 1geek1tool folks called Guidetool http://1geek1tool.com/guidetool that allows you to map and merge multiple tuners to mce EPG. I only have the Hava so am not sure if this will work with let's say a tuner card and a hava or if the same problem will occur with hava changing channels the same as the tuner card.

But this software is free if the hava folks or someone out there wants to test... might allow you to have 2 hava's for one mce. May have to get their dvblink tv source s/w but not sure.

I can honestly say I'm beyond disappointed with the service I've received since I've joined the monsoon community when I first got my hava box.

Ever since I joined the community I saw this part of the forum and said to myself "Oh great, they're working on it"

Checked back every few weeks to see if there's any updates (which as we all very well know, there haven't been). No worries, I figure they're working hard away at getting one out..

But, hell I figure they're working on getting the players out for that, while updating ours to be relatively the same to the Vulkano's and INCLUDING A MAC VERSION.

I follow the update of the Vulkano expecting them to announce it any day now.. I see it come out, check back here and what do I see?

Still no mac player. What an absolute disgrace of a company. I understand you slow down work on a product and even abandon it once you've released a few new versions (we're at ONE so far; last time I checked Microsuck still had updates for Windows XP, and that's TWO amazingly awesome failures later) but this is ridiculous. The ONLY people that seem to be working on the Mac player is the MAC community. They've even got an IPHONE player out (same relative coding, structure, etc.) but they can't be bothered with making a Mac client because they would have to give it away instead of charging $20 for it.

They've even CLOSED SDK for Macs, which really amazes me, because if someone DID actually get one working I'm sure they would give it (or sell it at this point) back to monsoon and then they could actually say that they had a Mac player instead of simply lying to us by saying: "in development".

I for one can say that I won't be recommending to anyone to get anything by Monsoon. I really liked it because it was an affordable alternative to the SlingBox, but if this is the level of "service" we're going to get with this company I say forget em. I'll pay the extra $100 if I can get a working player and support from the company.

Hi, recently i have been encountering this error msg: Hava 'device id' not found. while using my iphone app.

However, when i use the pc(using the samw iphone internet tendering to connect to the web) to connect hava to watch the show. i face no problem at all.

I try reinstall the iphone hava app, still has the same problem.

How do i watch a video from megavideo on a Android phone? Hi - I just got a HTC legend (android phone), and one of my friends have just uploaded a really funny video to megavideo, but when i press the link to see it, i get transferred to some movie page??? What can i do?

My Ipod touch worked great with hava for couple of months and just stopped showing video. I've tried everything to get the video to work, but no luck.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
